How Does the Entertainment Program Work? From Booking to the Party

Booking our entertainment program is easy and smooth! Here’s an overview of how it works – from your booking request to the actual party day:

Booking: Send a booking request. If costumes and entertainers are available, the booking is added to our schedule.
Confirmation: We always call a few days before the party to confirm all details. If we haven’t contacted you by the day before, please reach out to us!
We Bring Everything: Costumes, speakers, toys, and everything needed for a magical party – we’ve got it covered!
Preparation on Site: The entertainers arrive about 20 minutes before the party to change and prepare. Please have a private space ready (even a small bathroom will do). Also, keep your phone on sound in case they need to reach you.
The Party Flow: The entertainers lead the program from start to finish, ensuring the children have an unforgettable experience!
Ending: After the party, the entertainers change and leave as discreetly as possible to keep the magic alive for the children.
Possible Equipment Drop-off: In some cases, we may need to leave costumes and props on-site for later pickup. We will always call in advance to check if this is okay.

How long does the entertainment last?

The standard duration of the entertainment is 1–2 hours depending on the chosen package. We can also adjust the time according to your needs.
Do we need to prepare anything before the entertainers arrive?

All we need is:
-A room where the entertainers can change.
-A space for the entertainment (e.g. living room, garden, or party venue).
We want to replace one of the activities, such as face painting, with a bubble show. Is that possible?

Of course, we always strive to offer activities that suit your child and that they will enjoy. However, we do not replace activities from the "Add-ons" category with activities from the "Show" category. Some activities require extra time, materials, and equipment.
If any of the chosen activities don't suit you, please contact us and we'll help you find a program that you and the children will enjoy.
Can you entertain larger groups?

Yes, we can arrange parties for both small and large groups. If you have more than 20 children, we recommend contacting us to ensure we have enough resources. If there are more than 20 up to 30 children, we book 3 entertainers or extend the entertainment time. For more than 30 children, an event concept applies. Contact us for more details.
When will the entertainers arrive?

The entertainers will arrive about 20 minutes before the party starts. During this time, they will need to change. Please prepare a space (it doesn't need to be large - a small bathroom will suffice) where they can change.

How much space is needed for the show?

Bubble Show: The bubble show can be held both indoors and outdoors, but if it is indoors, it is important to keep doors and windows closed so that the bubbles do not pop. The show only requires a free corner of the room for the table. More importantly, there should be at least 2 square meters of space in front of the table for the entertainer to stand. If the children are too close, the bubbles will pop, making it difficult to create a smooth show.

Paper Show: For the best effect, the paper show can be held in a smaller room. There should be enough space for the children to move around, but the smaller the area, the greater the confetti effect.

Science Show: All that is needed for the science show is a table and about 2 square meters of space in front of it as a safety distance between the entertainers and the audience.
How is the cleaning done after the show?

We handle the cleaning after the show and make sure to restore the space. This may take approximately 15 minutes extra after the program.
Do we need to prepare anything for the show?

We bring all the materials for the shows. What we need is a space to hold the show.
For the Science Show, we require access to water and electricity to boil water (or alternatively, boiling hot water in a thermos if the show is held outdoors).
