Charity projects
At Planet Rondo, we are passionate about creating joy and memories at events and parties. We believe that the world can become a little better through the happy moments we help create.
We also want to do something good beyond our events. Therefore, we engage in charitable work to help people and animals in need of support. Through small efforts, we strive to contribute to something greater, both at our events and in the world around us.
Help for Homeless Dogs and Cats in Ukraine

There is a major problem in Ukraine with homeless animals wandering the streets, lacking food, shelter, and love. An even bigger problem is that they are breeding uncontrollably. Planet Rondo supports a non-profit organization in Sarny that handles vaccinations, sterilizations, and finding new homes and families for homeless cats and dogs.
In the winter of 2019, a car hit a dog named Graf. The dog was close to dying. In a small Ukrainian village like Sarny, there is unfortunately no financial help for homeless animals. As a result, we were advised to euthanize Graf because he would never be able to run again.
In June 2019, Planet Rondo bought a wheelchair for Graf to ease his life. Watch the video to see how happy Graf was when he got his new “legs.”
“Happy Homes” for Students from a Neuropsychiatric Boarding School
Unfortunately, in Ukraine, there are no good systems for disabled people. Personal assistants, independent homes, going to the movies, or having coffee are just a dream. In reality, they end up in a boarding school if they don’t have family to care for them. A boarding school is a type of depressing institution where no one wants to work, as the salary for nurses is far too low. As a result, most disabled students lie in their beds and rarely go out or see anything beyond their room in the institution.
There are alternative solutions through non-profit organizations
that build real homes for disabled people. Their mission is also to find foster families who can care for disabled individuals and help them with daily tasks.
Planet Rondo supports the non-profit organization Helpus, which builds “Happy Homes” for disabled adults.
Our view is that adults also need help. It’s easier to raise money for children, but much harder for adults. At Planet Rondo, we believe that disabled adults should also have the chance to live a good life.
Help for People Affected by Cystic Fibrosis

Cystic fibrosis is a hereditary genetic disease. The disease is characterized by abnormally salty sweat and thicker mucus than normal. The thicker mucus causes symptoms primarily in the lungs and digestive system. The problem that arises in Ukraine is that as long as someone is a child (under 18), they receive support, financial help from state funds for all medicine and therapy. But as soon as they turn 18, they are alone with their problem. Adults affected by cystic fibrosis unfortunately cannot work fully, as 70% of their time is spent on maintenance therapy that is necessary to keep them alive. Their morning doesn’t start with a good breakfast and coffee – they have different therapies and medication just to survive.
Planet Rondo supports people affected by cystic fibrosis. Matveychuk Sergey receives help to purchase the medicine he needs for his therapy. http://helpus.org.ua/show_article.php?a_id=700861
Help for Adults Affected by Cancer
Raising financial help for adults who have cancer is much harder than raising help for children. This is because many feel sympathy for children, but not nearly as much for adults. However, adults also need help, especially when they are alone. Our core belief is that people who need help should receive it. The biggest problem in Ukraine is that adults don’t receive any help from the state. If they don’t have family to assist them, they are left alone with their problem.
