Frequently Asked Questions
-
How does the party work?
We call you a few days before the party to go through all the details. On the party day, the entertainers arrive with all equipment, so please prepare a private space where they can change.
When the party begins, the entertainers enter with energy and enthusiasm. They guide the children throughout the entire program – starting with games and dancing, followed by activities and optional add-ons. At the end, they usually organize a group photo or present the cake. The party finishes with the entertainers saying goodbye, changing back and quietly leaving to preserve the magic.
-
Do we need to prepare anything?
A free space for games and dancing is needed, as well as access to electricity for shows. Please also prepare a private area where the entertainers can change. We bring all props, music and materials.
-
How do we book?
A booking request is sent through our “Book Now” buttons. The form is not binding – it is only an inquiry. The more information you provide, the better service we can offer.
We then confirm availability, pricing and details, and answer any questions. Once everything is approved, the date and time are secured.
-
Where does the party take place?
We come to your home, a rented venue or another chosen location in Stockholm and surrounding areas.
-
Is the program adapted to the children's age?
The program is adapted to the children’s age to create a safe, fun and engaging experience. The pace, games and structure are adjusted so all children feel included.
-
Can you change, add or customize activities?
Activities can be changed, added or customized. We are happy to suggest alternatives that match in timing and format, such as treasure hunts, fishing games, balloon twisting, face painting or glitter tattoos. Activities can also be swapped instead of added as extras.
-
What happens if we need to cancel the party?
If something unexpected happens, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always try to find a solution, such as rescheduling according to our booking terms.
