We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially if you want a popular time slot, such as weekends between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

Yes, we offer a variety of themes that can be tailored to your preferences. Contact us, and we’ll help you plan a party that suits your child best.

If an entertainer becomes ill, we will replace them with another entertainer at no extra cost.

Yes, you can change the date free of charge, provided we have availability.

Rescheduling is free up to one day before the party. For cancellations, we retain a booking fee of 1000 SEK, and the remaining amount will be refunded. This is because we decline other bookings to reserve your date.

The entertainers will arrive approximately 20 minutes before the party starts. During this time, they need to change into their costumes. Please prepare a space (it doesn’t have to be large – a small bathroom is enough) where they can change.
